as a 24 year old, I feel like what should be or especially used to be considered politeness has become a high bar. Why can I impress people by just engaging with them through a "Hi, how its going" and a little small talk 😭. I feel like theres some type of secondary social conditioning from technology that interferes with basic, real life manners.
