I live in Scotland and a lot of the time if we were in the house I let him be in his nappy. Every morning he would have nappy free play time while I had my coffee 😂 on top of a changing mat with the toys above him. Heating was on, he loved it.

but I'm so confused because all I ever hear is "baby should be wearing one more later than you" and in Canada the winters are like -35°C and my house is chilly even with the heat on so I feel like my baby (3 months) can't be just chilling in a diaper all day. Even when I'm wearing a T-shirt and a sweater I still find it cool in my house, my baby would be freezing naked all day.

During the newborn phase I’d send pictures to my parents and my mom would always be like “why isn’t he dressed?!” They didn’t really do skin to skin in the 90s when I was born lol
