i’m actually so scared i’m developing bipolar 1 because of this 😭 last episode i was in i was convinced crane flies were coming to get me it was TERRIFYING

i had my whole family sage my house, put up protective items, and carry around amethyst + christian tokens for months bc i was convinced we were being haunted. got diagnosed bipolar and told i was stuck in mania and hallucinating bc of SSRIs.

I’ve been seeing moving shadows out of the blue in my peripheral vision. hearing different yet distinct sounds that would sound like an alarm or toy beeping. my vision can apparently see fuzzy blobs or colorful lights, focal points zooming in and out. this has awakened the truth being solved and i’m a sleeper agent

A few months ago I was in my bedroom in the dark having a literal breakdown after the best 2 weeks of my life that I barely remember then I messaged my old best friend a huge message talking about how I’m going to get help, go to college, get a new career and all that after putting myself back in the mental hospital. I almost put myself back in there. I passed out on the phone with someone and when I woke up I was perfectly fine and they were staring at me making sure I was alright. Nearly offed myself. The cycle sadly repeats itself.
