What environment does the customer live in? Is it in the shop or a home wherever it is they need a filter to clean that air.

Crazy as they are designed to be opened, as all mac pros are and dust would be obvious! My old macpro 5.1 is a dust sucker and i used to regularly take it apart to remove the dust
