A little tip ✨ To take the cup out, you can also push a little so the stem comes out, grab it, and wiggle it slightly to break the seal, and when is almost out take the cup normally so it doesn't leak. I use my knuckles because my nails are really long and sharp, and sticking them in there… not an option
