I always thought that building behind you had great shoulders. I don’t think this specific section applies to me. I am a commission based salesman out of Austin Texas and the pay plan has been cut severely. The recent (as of one year ago) GM took all the cash and has no loyalty or commitment to our program. How should I proceed if I want to work here long term yet I am here struggling to make ends meet?
