@bob_lee_swagger2: 🚨 SOMEONE IS CHOKING — WOULD YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO? Imagine you’re eating at a restaurant and the person beside you suddenly grabs their throat and can’t speak. Would you panic—or would you know what to do? If they’re choking and can’t speak, breathe or cough effectively: 👉 Give up to 5 back blows 👉 If the blockage remains, give up to 5 abdominal thrusts 👉 Keep alternating until the blockage clears or they become unresponsive 👉 If they become unresponsive, call 112 and start CPR ❌ Don’t force water down their throat. ❌ Don’t blindly put your fingers into their mouth. ❤️ First aid isn’t only for doctors and nurses.
