Sensory sensitivity is also why a lot of adhd individuals have issues with bowel movements because stress and heightened sensitivity during the process

Oh?.. this is adhd? I had a period a few years ago where I had insomnia because I could feel my blood flow through my entire body and my pulse as well all over at night and it was freaking me out so I would struggle to fall asleep. Also could slow my heart rate by just thinking of it. I do have adhd, but i had no clue it had anything to do with this.
