people need to look up the Barcelona skyline😅 the Notre dame is large but it's still a part of the city scape. the Sagrada sticks out like the Eifel tower but bigger.

could you get the scales exact, technically yes, but would probably require a lot of custom molded pieces specifically for that set and then the designers having to figure out where else those parts could be used, but only having a 4.59% difference in scale is still impressive
