That combined with an affordable ticket and hotel stay at @orientalhotel_tokyobay which I highly recommend! Here you get a whole amenity room, free storage lockers, nice spacious rooms and you can upgrade to a breakfast buffet. They also have a lobby that offers welcome drinks and complementary snacks!
