My favorite part is when he says he doesn’t understand and the father changed his demeanor. He got the point across and PICKED UP HIS KID. he gave him love and even said I’m sorry I hit you. This is what I was missing. My parents had great morals. What they were teaching me was correct. But they were mean. And they never said sorry for any pain they caused us kids. Physical or emotional. Not unless they knew it was just wrong and not parenting like this was. Never seen this movie. But I loved this

He should’ve told him the real truth about what that money represented instead of the stupid line, “You will understand when you’re older.” You make them understand cuz older is too late. They get hooked as kids by the money and power. Its very tempting when poor.
