hes/her wording is wrong but I get what they are saying. ur best planning to not needing the age pension. the age pension 'should' and probly will be gone for anyone whom whole working life had super compulsory. there will be something there for ppl whom couldn't work etc. but 'age pension' should be reduced/gone once its been 47yrs since super started for new retires. as super was started to replace the age pension

We oldies didn’t have a chance to get super, so we only have what we could buy, property wise, and even at 80 it’s certainly a trap.

I was given advice from my father at 18 not to rely on the pension. I’m now 60 and I will not be needing it thankfully
