I didn't GAF. I liked what I liked and I honestly don't remember ever getting teased for liking video games or DnD or anime. I went to high school from 99-03. Being nerdy wasn't cool. I just think I was so unbothered, no one teased me about it. However, I got teased in middle school for being "ugly" by ugly girls 🤣

this is so true a girl in my class back then, in seventh grade used to make fun of me for reading Manga. She used to call them the backwards books. And then my sibling found their TikTok account one day and saw that they now like anime and Manga.

No, what hurts the most is being bullied in Jr High and HS for liking Star Wars, wrestling, anime, comics, TCGs, D&D, certain bands, etc. and then as adults I have these people I went to HS with that watched me get bullied now openly profess their love for those things and talk to me about it.
