It brings attention to the issue through coverage on news media and even your media posts . The trucks are a representation of the work they do and optically reinforce that hard working people that use large diesel vehicles to earn their livelihood need help . The more exposure they get , the more likely the politicians will hear them and maybe help with some sort fuel tax relief

ur talking about it so its working. its not that diesel prices are high its that they cant make a sustainable wage which yes does include making a profit. if you bought it, a truck brought it. all the infrastructure you use and see these trucks help build

It was a protest for wages & diesel prices. A strike to demand higher rates. A strike to demonstrate to the government that they will stop working if they have to pay out of pocket for fuel. In an effort to get the government to remove fuel excise tax and Translink too which is about another 10-15 c/L.
