You know full well where this is going. If it wasn’t for sanctions Venezuela would have been fine. As to where the money is going? Just like every other market exploited by IMF, World Bank they will push for privatization & austerity. That money is not reaching the public. It’s the Iraq model shifted to Venezuela.
