What helps me in studying a small chunk, then making my flashcards, then doing active recall then starting again with studying another small chunk. After a few rounds of this, practice active recall with all of the flashcards, not just the most recently created ones and then start a new cycle

Active recall after sections are easier on the brain like rn in clinical microbiology I made color coded flashcards for each section of strains- strep, staph, neisseria, etc. i do active recall after each set see what I retained!

i use goodnotes , well i first hand write all my notes from my powerpoints then i go to goodnotes and i like to make flash cards for everything that seems to be helping me :) going over and over the flashcard and i also ask chat to make me a short quiz and apply it using how my school asks the questions 💖i also upload my powerpoints to chat gpt ^
