@getreeldad: I have NEVER heard anyone give this piece of advice before. What skill do you wish you had learned sooner? Or is there a skill you were able to learn as a parent you didn’t learn before? It’s possible someone out there has given this advice and I’ve just never heard it. So I’m sure there are many people who would benefit from it. Anyway. Drop your favorite easy guitar tutorials in the comments for me. I’m trash at strumming.

learn along with them when they are old enough. ages 8-12 is a window to learn something with them. guitar would be perfect for that. save it.
