You can do this with the Baby Buddha or pumpables genie advanced. The momcozy V1/V2 cups is an option as well.

Then hang the spectra from a belt around your waist or put it in a baby carrier and it becomes hands free!

I learned this hack a month after I finished pumping so definitely doing it next time. Also my momcozy would spill out the hole your nipple goes in as well if dump that little bit. Then dumped the rest

If you get replacement pieces through your insurance, you can request them even if you ordered the spectra pump. I use aeroflow and was able to do it.
