my mom got me an ergonomic cervical pillow that’s really cooling! it’s helped a little with my constant tension headache and migraines (but not with my thunderclap headaches 😬)

question.. do you sleep at the 30° angle while tube feeding at night? I'm just curious cause my doctors said I had to do that otherwise I could aspirate. but I wondered if different doctors say different things

literally been having migraines my whole life i call them tention migraines and I learn its actually cervical migraines. wtf also went to ER the doctor told me to get checked for EDS.

so with all your stomach issues you can still lay flat ? because i can’t and no doctor can figure out why laying down hurts so those pillows don’t help. i need to be propped up

DO NOT FORGET WATERPROOF & allergy proof cover for it so that you don’t ruin the whole pillow if you spill stuff on it ask how I know hehe

I have hEDS and bought a new $3k mattress and over 10 different pillows for my neck and back. ONLY THING THAT helped for my neck and back was TWO LARGE COUCH PILLOWS. I haven’t slept sooooo good since using couch pillows and I just use a sheet or blanket to cover them. I need support in my neck and back to sleep.
