I just need help with cilantro! For the life of me- I cannot get it to survive. I’m looking to get some in the next week or so and try again. (I know not to try in the heat of summer).

Love this accept I wouldn’t buy a plant from the grocery store that I intended to grow. Some of them are sprayed with hormones so they don’t grow/die for a few months. I bought basil from a grocery store (that you would think wouldn’t do this) and the basil didn’t start growing until the end of summer…. MONTHS after I broke it up and planted it.

Good tips. For my rosemary, I take a few springs and put in them in water on my window sill. They get roots and if my outside plant doesn’t return in the spring - I replace it with this.

Is this something you could start now? I live in Kansas City and I don’t have space to put them outside so the kitchen window is where I plan to put them. Do they do okay in the winter or do they die?
