where to learn all of this stuff, im fullstack dev but sometime i interested very deep in backend like i want to test my server til it break. I know system design stuff but i dontthink im truely Backend Master unless all of it not part of it

probably nginx eating cpu and not nodejs .nginx always CPU usage in everything ..that's why I have varnish only for ssl termination and catching

You should have monitor the cpu usage too. That is only way to know if the server is doing work at full capacity. Also using C could 10x these numbers
