Time to make some bagel chips! And then a delicious dip for them! And then some Chex mix to use up your leftover bagel chips! You can also use them to make croutons. I once had the insane idea to make a breakfast soup with scrambled eggs, potatoes, peppers, sausage, chicken broth and a packet of hollaindais sauce. I topped it with bagel croutons.
