Actually in verse 19 it says money answers every need. But the whole book/chapter needs to be read and meditated on for context because this could be considered twisting the scriptures.

Here the scripture is describing how to accurately steward divine flow based on the direction of the spirit. Money= divine flow. The soul processes the direction of the spirit then applies it in the physical to advance the Kjngdom. Money answering all things meaning manifesting the correct outcome of a directed divine instruction leading to a cycle of consistent messaging from the spirit and obedient manifesting. Physical money is just a tool in the process to fulfill the desired outcome of the spirit and divine flow is the overall economy of money.
