@jwebby_can.eat: This is how they feast in Yemen 🇾🇪🔥 and today, I’m doing it the J Webby way. I headed to @yemendiofficialin Liverpool to experience authentic Yemeni cuisine the traditional way, and they definitely understood the assignment when they brought out a platter made for FIVE PEOPLE 😮‍💨 We’re talking Mandi chicken, Mandi lamb and Haneeth lamb, all slow cooked, packed with flavour and sitting on an absolute MOUNTAIN of rice. 🍗🍖🍚 I took things upstairs to one of their private rooms, kicked off the shoes and got comfortable on the floor for the full Yemeni dining experience. No tables, no strange looks, just me and enough food to feed the whole room 😂 Traditionally, you’d get stuck into this with your hands, but the meat came out so hot and fresh that the lucky tools had to make an appearance 🥄 Tender meat, massive portions, house-made sauces and every last grain of rice getting put to work. ⏱️ Platter for 5: SMASHED in 23:48. 🔥 If you haven’t experienced Yemeni food before, THIS is where you start. Get the crew together and head to Yemendi in Liverpool or Beverly Hills for a proper Yemeni feast. Grab one of their huge sharing platters, book yourself a private room and experience Yemeni dining the traditional way. Trust me, come hungry. These guys do NOT mess around with their portions. 👊 Until we eat again 🤝 #yemenifood #foodchallenge #Meatplatter #eatingchallenge #sydneyeats
