Companies get FT as supervisor cos it's cheaper. Most of the FT not qualified as supervisor due to knowledge and competency. MOM shall ensure protocol guidelines to companies for appointing supervisors in their companies

nowadays many FT don't follow safety rules violates them especially if they are in higher position...such people should be removed or banned cuz they put people's lives at risk. Bosses higher this type of people so they can save cost and flout safety rules...be it excavation..shoring.. confined space and work at height.. every supervisor must wear bodycam enforce it so you know how many flout safety rules
