I made an appointment to get evaluated. I’m probably a year or two post menopause, but I still have crazy symptoms especially hot flashes when I research. I find out that you can have symptoms up to 10 years beyond your last period that’s crazy.

What’s hrt ? I’m new too this I been struggling I have bad aniexty and depression I get overstimulated fast I’m pre diabetic but I got off my birth control it damaged my body my weight came off tremendously plus having adhd … sigh

I am so glad you feel well and have found something that works for you! My doctor once said to me “why do you think there are 5-10 medications for the same issue? Because everybody is different, what works for them may not work for you” so I always say find a doc you trust, communicate and do your own research!
