Lan, the catch for an AI-run service is reliability math. At about 5 percent error per agent step, a 14-step process drops below half its clean runs, so the service company still needs people who own the result.

Always awesome content and QuickBooks is trying to incorporate Ai and it works OK I tried to sign in my ChatGPT so if you go in there and look around, but I didn’t have much success but I was gonna get to go there and get me caught up on my books and I just didn’t try hard enough. not replaced reliably though. I can maybe see a possible gap in the market for cheap unreliable services. Might not last though. An unreliable product will have a lot of complaints, bad PR, and high churn
