I still felt bad on my hormones so my dr did more bloodwork. My shgb was 220 and my free testosterone had dropped lower than it was before I started taking it. She told me everything was great and we didn't need to change anything. I got a 2nd opinion.

About a year and a half ago my doctor had me take progesterone. It wasn't a good experience, my depression became worse. That was the end of that. Fast-forward to this past mid April I started Estradiol valerate injections. Only Estradiol and I have not had a hysterectomy. 2½ months in I have a heavy 31 day period. I think there were times I may have been hemorrhaging. 2 weeks into that awful period my doctor says stop the Estradiol valerate injections. She was extremely difficult to communicate with and I tried way too damn long. Next I see a PA I need help I feel awful and iron pills are ripping up my gut. She's not so good also and forgets to send in my iron infusion order. She forgets to send the lab stuff in also. After that the insurance shit show happened. It's been a nightmare. I've lost my trust in the medical community yet I have to have medical care. Talk about a mind fuck. I really liked the first doctor who screwed up. She was my doctor for 21 years. I know I will never get acknowledgement that a medical error was made. I'm not going to pursue it legally, that's not me and I wouldn't likely win anything. Money can't change the hell I went through. I won't get my summer back. I just have to move on and try to recover.
