Move out on Nevada we live here in Nevada but me and my wife have California insurance we bought it Nevada insurance sucks ball we have my in-laws address that’s what we use

you have to start all over. referrals ect have to be done. make sure that the drs put its a continuous care that is needed.This helps a ton.

I would reach out to the new insurance and find out what they cover inform them of the delicate situation. But also reach out to the hospital that she will be at and ask them how this is gonna affect the changes within the insurance.

Im not experienced with what you’re going through but as an HR Rep. Your employer, HR, should be able to contact their Ins. Broker, who can reach out to the providers that they’re potentially brokering with to see if the facility is in network or will provide coverage. Thinking positively maybe the insurance will cover the facility. If not then you definitely know and can find paths fwd.

I know this is a stretch, but sometimes I know employers under a certain unique circumstances, can negotiate with the existing insurance provider, to extend coverage for individual circumstances, until you can safely navigate and switch over to the new insurance

As long as she is getting treatment with current insurance the new will cover but make sure you get a contingency with new insurance to continue to civer
