@natalieannllv: DIY Ghost Garland 👻🎀 details below ⬇️ follow @natalieannllv for more fun ideas, crafts, DIYs and so much more! •Taking 2 sheets of toilet paper & dipping it in a mixture of water with a decent amount of glue (I estimated but you can look online for measurements) •Drape it over a little toothpick/tinfoil ball (standing up) and let it dry for at least 24-48 hrs •Take out the stick & tinfoil and draw on faces with permanent marker & we added bows 🎀👻 •String through twinkle lights!
