I have mcas flare ups often, that plus autoimmune brain fog plus, poor cognition (though newly better since cutting cows milk totally out of diet) stress from life and my health and my kids special needs, I'm burnout so much if not in a flare up. but I feel so lazy. I want to be a mom and wife who does it all. and I physical and mentally cannot anymore. I feel like a potato and potato behavior is not biblical 😩😭
