Idk why but rest feels so wrong. I know our Father rested but for some reason every time I try to I’m overwhelmed with guilt that I should be doing this or that. Then I waste my time trying to distract myself from those feelings by doom scrolling. I hear you Lord but you’re gonna have to help me. Idk how to rest and I’m so tired. I can’t afford another L though. 😓

So when I got saved I was told , it seemed clearly that God just wanted me to rest. I was off from work all summer.. and have worked minimally for many years. While having chronic illness. Using the wrong source to try to heal it. Then got saved but I have so much time and live off of my family that is also ill and much older. And at times is hard to see where I’m being a sluggard and where I’m listening to him. I will say I have seen the progress in my healing and he has given me many revelations in a very short period of time. But as I’m getting closer I have to have the strength to not distract myself with doomscrolling and all of this lack of discipline with my time. At times it just feels like I’m waiting and not moving forward. The warfare was just getting way too heavy living with my family and I took a small break to visit another family member. But prophets are truly not accepted in their home town. It is very heavy and I’m just at this point am sick of my lack of obedience and I can’t not listen anymore
