I just say "sp texted me" or "sp is gonna text me" once and move on with my day... I always get my manifestation same day when I do this robotic affirming tires me out and I personally don't get very good results from it

imagine u have alr received the call, usually, when we get what we want, we dont worry about It anymore, and we live our life NORMALLY, without that things being constantly at the top of our mind. Thats the key

visualize it. I.ahine your phone ir msge ringing. look at yoyr phone. see their name or msg pop up. remember techniques are just tools to help your subconscious mind stay in the favourable story as if it already occurred. nothing woo woo or magical. the issue is what are u saying, fearing, thinking and assuming the rest of the day? that youre not chosrn, not good enough, rejected, that dp won't call, moved on etc. you need to be in the favourable story DOMINANTLY
