From the research I have done on this, these are the facts I found. Tony Timpa (diagnosed with schizophrenia and was unmedicated at the time of this incident) was on drugs and called 911 as he was having a mental episode and wanted help, then the events of this video happened. The officers here were given qualified immunity in 2017 and were not lawfully charged for his death. His family sued the Dallas police department and only his son was awarded 1 million dollars
