Actually my bf asked for a raise but got denied. He decided to stay and work that much harder to prove he deserved it. They fired him and hired someone on for more to replace him. Shits rough out here.

After my divorce i moved towns and started working at a staffing agency, the company they put me at REFUSED to make me full time several times, UNTIL i put in my two weeks notice then on my last day they were asking me to stay and saying theyll make me full time. These companies dont care about you until they think theyre losing you.

My admin was helping my kindergartners with lunch and said to me “whatever we pay you, it’s not enough” and I was like yeah bro, and you have the power to give me a raise, so do it. 🤷🏻♀️

I was having a lot of health issues as a nurse in an OR. Rupturing cysts, crazy endometriosis, dizzy spells, was found huddled in a corner crying from not being able to move, etc. I had a “dr appointment,” and they all assumed it was for my issues. It was actually an interview in the clinic so I could switch to soft nursing 🥰 And I now am uterus free. Win-win
