@seb.thefnbguy: A lot of people ask me how much it actually costs to open an AMACHA store in Singapore. So I thought I’d just share the actual numbers from one of our stores. But the scary part is… opening the store is only the beginning 😂 Once you open, rent, salaries, ingredients, utilities and everything else start running every month — whether business is good or bad. This was something I underestimated when I first got into F&B. It’s not just about having enough money to open the shop. You also need enough working capital to survive while the store finds its feet. Obviously every concept and location is different, but hopefully our numbers give you a better idea of what it actually takes to open an F&B store in Singapore. After seeing the number… would you still do it? 😂 @AMACHA 阿嬷茶语
I do not drink too! So I asked my sons and they said it's Very Popular 😁 I hope to try it out one day 😜 👍👍 jiayou 😍

Cost of operating a retail business here is so high, how many cups of tea do you need to sell to even break even, much less take profit?

No, not worth at all. I don’t even drink anything from this brand at all. My circle of friends nobody actually fancy or heard about this brand at all. Brand building for milk tea is tough. Especially with so many other strong brands already around.
