she is a m9ther.she has to feed her kids,she has to protect t her child,she need to cook for her child.its a message to everyone.you can't tell on taxes we pay kcca .can't remove money to employe sweepers.rubish uganda rubbish govt rubbish corruption.they want there salary increment and we'll budgeted lifestyle while fellow ugandans are on street brutally punished for not sweeping.atleast use those prisoners to be sweeping every Saturday.
