@amanda__.please: Chocolate Fudge Bars: Ingredients: Oat crumble/ Base: 2 x 340g packets Vanilla Cake Mix 1 cup rolled oats 200g butter, melted and slightly cooled Chocolate fudge filling: 397g tin sweetened condensed milk 200g milk chocolate chips 30g butter Method: Preheat oven to 170°C and line a 9 x 9 inch baking tin with baking paper. Add the cake mixes, oats and melted butter to a bowl. Mix until it forms a crumbly mixture that holds together when pressed. Set about half of the mixture aside, then press the remaining half firmly into the base of the lined tin. For the fudge filling, add the condensed milk and chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each one, until melted and smooth. Add the 30g butter and microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir until completely smooth. Pour the chocolate fudge mixture over the base and spread it out. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden on top. Let cool completely to room temperature, then pop into the fridge for a few hours to fully set. Slice into squares and serve. #dessert #easybaking #budgetbaking #fudge
