My family and I live here too, and it is shit. My front door key barely works, and I'm pretty sure our electric box is out of date, which is definitely hazardous. It's not fair to pay all this money and the people working here don't give a fuck. When we first moved in 5 years ago they were getting ready to sell and since then there have been 4 other owners till lakeside took over.

If I was yall I would open a escrow (not sure if that’s the correct term) n they won’t b gettin no rent until things are fixed. This is beyond ridiculous!! And unsafe for one’s health. I thought about moving back there this must be my sign not to.

I do want to let it be known when my interview goes on fox 2 news tonight or tomorrow night, please bear with me. I got straight off work was crying an just wanted to get us HELP. I came from homelessness busted my ass an got this place. Truly cannot lose my home but it’s already gone!

I went to tour these and was literally greeted by a dead rat at the entrance 💔 Right when I walked in the mildew smell HIT ME and then they had me the nerve to show me a $1400 “updated luxury unit” with holes in the walls, closet doors broken off and literal physical TRASH everywhere. Not to mention a black substance that was leaking from the bathtub faucet. And the tub was filled with a blue liquid. I can’t believe the audacity to even show me that.

I used to work there when it was crossings at canton and was being renovated. they bandaid absolutely everything!!! they took the cheap way out. My company that I worked for was the one that paid for the renovations pepper pike then sold it! it's now been sold like five times since we left in 2021. that company was the biggest scam ever

Damn bruh I live here too, literally 6 months ago we had to move units because it flooded, management/maintenance was not doing anything and let our apartment flood for 4 days until we said we were gonna get law enforcement involved

A few years ago, I applied for an apartment, they took my 300 dollar holding fee. Told me that they didn’t have that apartment anymore and tried to sell me a more expensive one, and never refunded my money back. That’s all I needed to know.
