Every week someone messages me: 200 videos watched, three courses bought, a notes app full of prompts, nothing running in their business. Effort was never the problem. There was no order. Without a sequence, every video is someone's step six and nobody told you where step one is. The order fixes the three things that make learning painful: - The thinking: you stop deciding what to learn next. Foundations → your map → automations → AI inside them → agents → employees. Each step only makes sense because of the one before it. - The doing: every step ends with a build. Words → you can read any tool. Map → your week on one page. Automations → something runs while you sleep. AI automations → your inbox drafts its own replies. Agents → a whole job handed over. Employees → a morning brief with your coffee. - The fear: when the outcome of each step is known, you can't waste the hours. If it's missing at the end of the week, the fix is one step back, never the whole thing.
