Ombudsman RI menemukan dugaan adanya “kluster mewah” dengan fasilitas lengkap yang dihuni narapidana saat melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) di Lapas Kelas IIA Cibinong, Rabu (23/9/2026). Dalam sidak tersebut, Ombudsman juga menemukan foto keluarga di area “kluster mewah” tersebut. Selain itu, ditemukan celah keamanan berupa akses keluar di bagian belakang kawasan lapas yang dinilai rawan.
