You have every right to walk away from the marriage that is not fulfilling your need for intimacy, having kids in future. What he knew and kept to himself was withholding of the crucial information which is life changing for you. I view him as selfish person and he should have disclosed this to you way before marriage so you should be able to make an informed decision and not by finding out the way you did. You need to ask yourself few questions that is you are hurt staying with him because you are questioning why there is no intimacy. Do you want kids in your life? If you answer yes to these questions then, this is not the marriage you thought about or envisioned for yourself.

I blame his parents. They knew all of that but still thought by getting him married it would solve it. I remember when they tried arranging me with someone who was actively on drugs. His mother knew and thought that would be the answer to everything “just get married”. But I was already working in healthcare at the time and saw the signs and in the end counselled him. But refused the rishta.

not having kids is nothing major as long as you both are happy. however, he should not have hidden this fact. I am 62 never wanted kids and couldn't be happier. met men who wanted kids so ended that relationship because I never did.
