@leokatieocdadhd: Relationship OCD does not always show up as obvious doubt about whether you love someone. Sometimes it looks like replaying conversations, rereading messages, over-explaining, confessing, or avoiding boundaries because you are worried about doing something wrong. Those behaviors can feel responsible or caring in the moment, but when they are driven by fear and the need for certainty, they can become part of the OCD cycle.
