Interesting! I didn’t think of this. I mean I love the film and I love the character but yes, as much as I can enjoy the chick flicks it is important to understand that real life is different and it goes on way after the happy ending in a film/ book.

It’s funny because actually if you listen to the words alone he never sounds intentionally mean. the tone the facial expressions the lack of understanding why someone is sad about it that’s what makes it mean or scary. When asked why he then says because he wants them to fo the work he can see them do and make them meet the standard the career requires and they need to be capable of. Some of me wonders most with this playing of the gain loss affect showed autism coding because honestly yes he was frustrated with people and said things in a way that felt rude but no one told him and they never considered their behaviours effect on him x
