It went away for me immediately after he was out 😅 like that very night I didn’t have to wear either arm brace 😂 & it started in the first 2 months 😭💀

You need to wear the brace when you sleep, and are awake

The worst part is it doesn’t go away when you give birth. It sticks around while you try to hold ur baby in. The middle of the night.

Salonpas patches! The og non lidocaine ones! I put like four all around my hand and wrist and it’s the only thing that gives any relief

I used heating pads and the doctor told me to not sleep on them. My baby is almost two and my hands are useless sometimes

It might take a couple weeks after giving birth for your arms to feel normal again I straight up could not breast-feed or hold his bottle without my hand going completely numb and being in excruciating pain. It’s all better now he’s almost 2 months
