I still find it difficult...extremely difficult. Been alcahol free for 10 weeks now..But the plusses have been life changing for me..lost nearly two stone and saved at least £10 per day (approx £700). up to press. Feel much fitter and mentally more tuned in. it's the hardest thing I've ever had to do. But success never comes easy....you can do it!!!😉
