I’m not sure what the laws are in the country they’re in. I’m guessing they’re not in the United States based on the accents of the people on both sides of this conversation. But if they were here, it is legal to film. Anything you can plainly see from a public area. Flying a drone is not being able to plainly see it from a public area. The guy doing the filming here is a fucking asshole.
