I feel if someone doesn't want to walk in a park like Disney, they need to buy their own carts. If the person has REAL MEDICAL ISSUES, they should be able to use a safety cart to move around park. Some people don't need to have a cart to use regularly, however need to use one at a park or a shopping mall. If someone just don't want to walk, buy your own cart to use at a place like Disney.

I had a high risk pregnancy and needed to use one at an amusement park, I felt weird because typically I never needed to before this pregnancy. but I happily drove it around knowing I wasn't stressing my body walking and i still got to enjoy watching my kids ride the attractions with my husband, I even got some amazing pictures
