@cointribute: Europe’s central bank just went live on XRP Ledger tech. On 21 September the ECB launched Pontes, its new settlement platform. One of the four day-one operators, Axiology, runs on XRP Ledger technology. Three weeks earlier the BIS tested XRPL to verify official economic data. Then whales added 2.2 billion dollars of XRP in 96 hours, more than the ETFs pulled in all year. XRP bottomed at 99 cents in August and sits near 1.60 now.
