The doctor must keep the exact same appearance and outfit in every future sequence. The doctor speaks calmly and professionally. DIALOGUE — WOLOF ONLY. NO VOICE-OVER. Doctor: « Naka nga bëgg ma dimbali? » Aïssatou: « Dama bëgg soppi sama yaram, ndax dama am problème ci sama confiance. » The doctor looks at her seriously. Doctor: « Danga bëgg def ko ndaxte yow nga ko bëgg, walla ndax waxi nit ñi la tax? » Aïssatou hesitates. Aïssatou: « Waxi nit ñi… dañu ma metti lool. » The doctor becomes more concerned. Doctor: « Kon war nga xalaat bu baax. Bul def dara ndax pression. » Aïssatou looks down, then answers: Aïssatou: « Waaw, waaye dama xalaat ne dama ko bëgg def. » The doctor explains the importance of understanding the possible risks and consequences before making any medical decision. Doctor: « Dinaa la leeral lépp ci li nga wara xam, te duñu tàmbali dara te nga xamuma ko. » Aïssatou listens carefully.
